As part of UCCS’s ongoing commitment to fostering a Culture of Care, the university has completed analysis of the 2025 Campus & Workplace Climate (CWC) Survey. The findings offer an important snapshot of how faculty, staff, and students experience campus life, workplace culture, and will help guide future efforts to strengthen wellbeing, belonging, and a culture of care for all.
Survey Administration and Analysis
The 2025 CWC Survey was administered from October 22 through November 12, 2025, and was open to UCCS faculty, staff, and students. Participation was voluntary, anonymous, and secure, allowing respondents to share candid feedback. Following survey administration, the Office of Institutional Data Effectiveness and Analytics (IDEA) conducted a multi‑step analysis process. Quantitative data was examined to ensure the findings reflected both broad patterns and the nuance of individual experiences. All analysis was conducted with care to protect confidentiality and preserve the integrity of participant voice.

Moving from Insight to Action
The release of the 2025 CWC findings marks an important transition from listening to action. Building on the survey results, UCCS will establish a working group with perspectives from across campus to begin developing a campuswide action plan in fall 2026. This next phase will focus on aligning efforts with the university’s strategic direction and strengthening practices that promote a respectful, supportive, and inclusive campus.
