Nancy often acts “behind the scenes” in HR, but her work is tremendously important. Over the last few years, she has set a foundation for success in building our HCM reporting capabilities. She is currently working to coordinate testing of the time & labor system. This has included creating test cases, soliciting volunteers for running the tests, sitting on long and intense testing meetings, and even coordinating the testers to go to an in person testing kick off day in Denver.
