Students, staff, faculty and community members attended a flag-lowering ceremony, honor walk to the 9/11 Memorial, and moment of silence on Thursday, September 11, 2025, in honor of all who were lost 24 years ago.
“It’s important that we take time to honor the lives lost on that day and reflect on the impact to our community,” said Crista Hill, Director of Veteran and Military Affairs.
UCCS and the Pikes Peak Military Affairs Council co-hosted the 9/11 Commemoration Ceremony.
