Arts & Culture

Marie Antoinette
Runs March 13 – March 23 with several showtimes | Dusty Loo Bon Vivant Theater

  • A wild romp in towering wigs and haute couture, Marie Antoinette follows the fall of the famous French queen. David Adjmi’s cuttingly funny play takes a stunning new perspective on the French revolution, providing a sharp commentary on how the forces of history work upon us, the way we create our leaders, and what it means to revolt. Select a showtime and purchase tickets here.

Turn Of The Screw
Runs March 13 – April 6 with several showtimes | Dusty Loo Bon Vivant Theatre

  • An isolated manor on the windswept moors, an unsuspecting governess, her two enigmatic young charges, secrets lurking around every corner. Henry James’ classic novella has terrified audiences for over a hundred years, and this new stage adaptation heightens the mystery of the original, challenging audiences to separate the ravings of one woman from the horrors she may-or may not?- have witnessed. Select a showtime and purchase tickets here.

Visiting Author Series: Natanya Ann Pulley
Tuesday, March 18 from 7 – 8 p.m. | Heller Center or join virtually.

  • Diné author Natanya Ann Pulley will visit UCCS as part of the ongoing Visiting Author Series, and will offer a public reading, engage in a Q&A session, and sign books at the Heller Center. Pulley’s short story collection With Teeth (2019) was the winner of the 2018 Many Voices Project competition. Her writing projects include a nonfiction collection The First Narcissism (UNM Press), a novel reimagining Peter Pan, and Gapp’s Basement (an experimental novel-in-stories). She was a 2022 recipient of a National Endowment for the Arts fellowship in Creative Writing. Learn more about Pulley here and get virtual access to the event here.

Colorado Springs Philharmonic presents: Bach/Mozart
Saturday, March 22 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, March 23 at 2:30 p.m. | Shockley-Zalabak Theater

  • This isn’t just a concert—it’s a revelation. Bach and Mozart, two icons who changed the game, come together in a powerful fusion of harmony and melody that challenges what you thought you knew about classical music. Tradition meets revolution, and the music of the past comes alive with an energy that still shakes the world today. Join us for Colorado Springs Philharmonic Pre-Concert talks. Go behind the curtain and inside the score with these 30-minute pre-concert conversations one hour before the concert starts. Select a showtime and purchase tickets here!
